This policy explains the cancellation and refund terms applicable to eBooks, digital products, educational resources and other paid digital materials purchased from PK Market Labs.
Important: Digital Purchases Are Generally Final
All eBooks and other digital products purchased from PK Market Labs are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed and the product has been delivered, licensed, downloaded, emailed, shared or otherwise made available to the customer.
We strongly recommend that every prospective customer carefully review the product description, language, edition, format, price and other relevant details before making payment.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from PK Market Labs through https://pkmarketlabs.com/ or through any payment method or delivery channel specifically authorized by PK Market Labs.
It applies to eBooks, digital educational materials, reports, downloadable files, licensed digital resources, digital tools and other paid digital products supplied by PK Market Labs.
2. Non-Refundable Digital Products
Digital products can be copied, downloaded, accessed or used immediately after delivery. For this reason, once a digital product has been supplied or access has been provided, the purchase is generally treated as final and non-refundable.
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to review the product description before payment
- Deciding later that the product is no longer required
- Not completing, reading or using the purchased material
- Expectations beyond the features or contents described before purchase
- Trading, investing, examination or financial outcomes after using educational material
PK Market Labs does not guarantee profits, trading performance, investment returns, examination success or any specific financial result from the use of its educational products.
3. Cancellation of Orders
An order cannot normally be cancelled after payment has been successfully completed and delivery or access to the digital product has started.
If you believe a payment was made by mistake and the product has not yet been delivered, contact PK Market Labs immediately. Any request will be reviewed based on the actual transaction and delivery status.

5. Limited Exceptions
Although digital purchases are generally non-refundable, PK Market Labs may review a refund or correction request in limited and verifiable circumstances.
Duplicate payment for the same order
Excess or incorrect amount received because of a verified payment error
Successful payment but the purchased product was not delivered
A genuine technical delivery failure that cannot reasonably be corrected
A refund or remedy required under applicable law
Another exceptional case accepted by PK Market Labs after review
Each request is considered on its own facts. Approval of a refund in one exceptional case does not create an obligation to approve a refund in another case.
6. Duplicate or Excess Payment
If you believe that the same purchase has been charged more than once, or that an incorrect amount has been paid, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.
Once verified, PK Market Labs may arrange correction or refund of the duplicate or excess amount, subject to the processing rules of the relevant bank, UPI service or payment provider.
7. Non-Delivery or Delivery Problems
If payment has been completed successfully but you have not received the purchased digital product, please contact us so that we can verify the transaction and complete the delivery.
Where an issue can reasonably be corrected by re-sending the file, correcting an email address, providing access details or another practical solution, PK Market Labs may first attempt to complete the original purchase rather than cancel it.
8. Technical and Compatibility Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a suitable device, software, internet connection or other technical capability needed to access the purchased digital product.
A refund will generally not be provided solely because a customer cannot open or use a file due to unsupported software, device restrictions, local settings or other compatibility issues outside the reasonable control of PK Market Labs.
If the supplied file itself is genuinely defective or corrupted, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working copy or another appropriate solution.
9. Payment Provider and Banking Issues
Payments may be processed through banks, UPI services, payment gateways or other third-party providers. These providers may have their own settlement, reversal and processing timelines.
If money is debited from your account but the payment is not confirmed to PK Market Labs, the transaction may first need to be verified or reversed by the relevant bank or payment provider.
10. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved after verification, it will generally be processed using a reasonable method appropriate to the original transaction.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, UPI service, payment gateway or other provider. PK Market Labs cannot control third-party banking or settlement timelines.
11. Applicable Law
This policy describes the general cancellation and refund practices of PK Market Labs for digital products. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
